Hi Everyone

Yen's Kitchen is a family run business operating out of Saltdean. ​ If you have ever been to Vietnam you would have noticed that food is a big part of the culture....we love food and trying new dishes is big part of that.

I want you to experience some authentic cuisine.   Our aim is to bring you authentic Vietnamese dishes that you would experience in Vietnam.

Our dishes are lovingly prepared using traditional methods and ingredients.  The end result is great tasting Vietnamese Cuisine.

Yen's Kitchen was born out of the desire to produce authentic Vietnamese food that truly represented the wonderful array of tastes you find in Vietnam.

We have served up our authentic Vietnamese Cuisine at The Black Horse Rottingdean and The Whitecliffs Saltdean

in 2025.
