Great start - Thank you

When we first started crafting great Vietnamese cuisine back in March. One of our first customers, who lives in Vietnam, but often returns to England with his family, sent us a message in which he said:

"Easily the best Vietnamese food we've had in the UK, and we've tried a lot over the years!" Benjamin Woodingdean

When we received this we were so happy as we knew we were on the right path.

six months later and....Last weekend we started our home delivery service with a full menu, and the response from those who have brought from us has been superb.

We had great feed back from everyone who ordered from us, either posting a comment on our site, leaving a google reviews or telling us directly how much they enjoyed.........no loved the food.

We are a family business, Yen is the chef, the talent and inspiration behind the business. Living in England, Saltdean to be more precise for five years. Since living here she has tried the Vietnamese food available in restaurants and although good, it didn't quite hit the spot. Vietnamese love food, the whole culture is based upon eating, Yen, being a chef, knew that she could take the experience of enjoying Vietnamese cuisine to a higher level. We have carefully being developing the dishes, you may have have had the pleasure of eating some of them at some of our pop-kitchens, we are now making a lot of dishes available with our home delivery service, delivering to the 'deans' area. Available Thursday and Friday evenings and all day Saturday and Sunday.

It is a new adventure for us, organising deliveries etc, so we encourage you to place orders in advance if possible. we hope you also join us on this adventure.
